Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej wraz z wymianą źródeł ciepła w gminie Lipie w miejscowościach: Szyszków i Wapiennik. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane dotyczące m.in. docieplenia przegród, wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., modernizacji oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Nastąpi wymiana źródeł ciepła z kotłów węglowych na kotły na biomasę które równocześnie stanowią OZE. Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w gminie Lipie w wyniku termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej i wykorzystanie OZE, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zanieczyszczenia powietrza. The project consists of a comprehensive thermomodernisation of public buildings together with the replacement of heat sources in the municipality of Lipie in the following localities: Cones and limestone. As part of the project, construction works will be carried out concerning, inter alia, insulation of partitions, replacement of window and door joinery, central heating and hot water installations, modernisation of lighting to energy-efficient. Heat sources will be exchanged from coal boilers to biomass boilers, which at the same time constitute RES. The main objective of the project is: improving energy efficiency in the public sector in the municipality of Lipie as a result of the thermomodernisation of public buildings and the use of RES, and consequently reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and air pollution.
