Celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy oraz podniesienia poziomu bezpieczeństwa jej funkcjonowania (przez co należy rozumieć też utrzymanie i zwiększenie ilości miejsc pracy) poprzez rozszerzenie palety własnych produktów pracujących w systemie sieciowym oraz zwiększenie ilości i optymalizacja wykonywania usług serwisowych dzięki rozwiązaniom automatycznym i zdalnym. W sytuacji stworzonej przez epidemię COVID 19, zatrzymaniu części kompleksowych inwestycji klientów oraz powstałych nowych wyzwań w zakresie bezpiecznej organizacji pracy przeprowadzona została analiza możliwych rozwiązań wspierających wielkość i rentowność sprzedaży. Przedmiotem projektu jest pozyskanie prototypów urządzeń z dokumentacją odtworzeniową z prawami autorskimi, na podstawie których firma rozpocznie produkcję i sprzedaż urządzeń pracujących w systemie sieciowym w stacjach kontroli pojazdów oraz rozwiązania sprzętowe i programowe optymalizujące pracę serwisantów w systemie sieciowym. The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company and increase the level of safety of its operation (which means maintaining and increasing the number of jobs) by extending the range of own products working in the network system and increasing the number and optimisation of the provision of maintenance services thanks to automated and remote solutions. In the situation created by the COVID 19 outbreak, the retention of a part of the complex investments of customers and the new challenges in terms of safe organisation of work, an analysis of possible solutions supporting the volume and profitability of sales was carried out. The object of the project is the acquisition of prototypes of devices with reproduction documentation with copyright, on the basis of which the company will start the production and sale of devices working in the network system in vehicle inspection stations, as well as hardware and software solutions that optimise the work of service technicians in the network system.
