Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wielickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu tj. osób będących w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, w tym osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami na poziomie co najmniej 44,3%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w PUP Wieliczka. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in Wielicki County. The main outcome of the project will be the recruitment by project participants, i.e. the most vulnerable, including those aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications of at least 44.3 %. The project will support persons aged 30 and over registered in the Wieliczka PUP. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
