Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie świadczenia drogą elektroniczną usług publicznych skierowanych dla biznesu A2B i obywateli A2C oraz wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań informatycznych, które będą służyć cyfryzacji procesów i procedur administracyjnych w Gminie KocmyrzówLuborzyca.Projekt ma charakter lokalny, bo realizowany będzie w 1 Gminie KocmyrzówLuborzyca, typy projektu: A.Zaplanowano wdrożenie następujących zadań:1OPRACOWANIE DOKUMENTACJI APLIKACYJNEJ III kw. 2019Przeprowadzono diagnozę sytuacyjną i opracowano analizę finansową, ekonomiczną, ryzyka, wykonano analizę techniczną i technologiczną projektu.2URUCHOMIENIE EUSŁUG DLA MIESZKAŃCÓW IV kw. 2020 IV kw. 2021Opracowanych zostanie 8 eusług na 4 PD i 10 eusług na 3 PD, wdrożone zostaną 2 systemy teleinformatyczne oraz 1 zostanie zmodernizowany, wdrożony zostanie moduł komunikacji dla Centralnej Platformy eUsług Mieszkańca.3URUCHOMIENIE SYSTEMU INFORMACJI PRZESTRZENNEJ III kw. 2021Wdrożony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny, zdigitalizowane zostaną zasoby, opracowane zostanie API. W wyniku tych działań opracowana zostanie 2 eusługi na 4 PD. 4URUCHOMIENIE USŁUGI EZAMÓWIENIA IV kw. 2020 I kw. 2021W tym zadaniu uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformatyczny i uruchomiona zostanie 1 usługa. 5 ZAKUP NIEZBĘDNEGO SPRZĘTU INFORMATYCZNEGO I OPROGRAMOWANIA III kw. 2020Zostanie zakupiony sprzęt informatyczny oraz WNiP, który warunkują realizację celów projektu i są niezbędne do jego realizacji, tj. serwer 2 szt, urządzenie NAS 1 szt, urządzenie UTM 1 szt, przełączniki sieciowe 2 szt., UPS 1 szt, zestawy komputerowe 6 szt, UPS do zestawów komputerowych 20 szt, skaner 1 szt oraz szafa RACK 1 szt, oprogramowanie: do wirtualizacji 1 szt, do backup 1 szt.6 KOSZTY POSREDNIE IV kw. 2020 IV kw. 2021W ramach zadania projekt będzie zarządzany przez pracowników JST przy współudziale doradcy technicznego usługa. The project is local in nature, because it will be implemented in 1 Municipality of KocmyrzówLuborzyca, types of project: A.It is planned to implement the following zadań:1OPRACOWANIE Application DOCUMENTATION Q3 2019The situational diagnosis was carried out and the financial, economic, risk analysis was developed, the technical and technological analysis of the project was carried out. 2020 Q4 2021Eight eServices will be developed for 4 PD and 10 eServices for 3 PD, 2 ICT systems will be implemented and 1 will be upgraded, a communication module for the Central Resident’s Service Platform will be implemented. 20211 ICT system will be implemented, resources will be digitised, API will be developed. As a result, 2 e-services will be developed for 4 PDs. 4UUCHOMY SERVICES eProcurement Q4 2020 Q1 2021 In this task, 1 ICT system will be launched and 1 service will be launched. 5 SUPPORT the necessary INFORMATION AND SOFTWARE Q3 2020 It will be purchased IT equipment and WNiP, which condition the achievement of the objectives of the project and are necessary for its implementation, i.e. 2 pcs server, NAS 1 pcs, UTM device 1 pcs, network switches 2 pcs, UPS 1 pcs, computer sets 6 pcs, UPS for computer sets 20 pcs, scanner 1 pcs and cabinet RACK 1 pcs, software: for virtualisation 1 pcs, for backup 1 pc. 2020 Q4 2021 As part of the task, the project will be managed by JST staff with the assistance of a technical advisor service.
