Przedmiotem projektu są działania ukierunkowane na zwiększenie szans na zatrudnienie osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które doświadczają wielokrotnego wykluczenia (z powodu ubóstwa i niepełnosprawności). W ramach projektu osoby z grupy docelowej zostaną objęte kompleksowym wsparciem adekwatnym do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb, uwzględniającym ich zindywidualizowane oczekiwania, możliwości, predyspozycje, jak również ograniczenia i bariery. Indywidualna ścieżka zostanie opracowana przy aktywnym partycypowaniu uczestników w planowaniu wsparcia – każdy uczestnik otrzyma dzięki temu pomoc w optymalnym dla siebie zakresie. Wdrożenie instrumentów aktywnej integracji w ramach aktywizacji społecznej, zawodowej i edukacyjnej pozwoli na objęcie osób z grupy docelowej systemowym wsparciem, przyczyni się do realizacji celu projektu i zwiększy efektywność wydatkowanych środków. Praca z osobami z grupy docelowej będzie odbywała się na zasadzie kontraktowania – doświadczenia OPS w pracy metodą kontraktów socjalnych, wskazują na wysoką efektywność podejmowanych działań ukierunkowanych na włączenie społeczne. Efektem realizacji działań projektowych będzie wyposażenie osób z grupy docelowej w kompetencje lub kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz umiejętności społeczne, które ułatwią powrót na rynek pracy i przyczynią się do włączenia społecznego tych osób. W ramach projektu zostaną wykorzystane zwalidowane produkty finalne wypracowane w ramach projektu PO KL – „Centrum rozwoju aktywności zawodowej osób niepełnosprawnych – adaptacja rozwiązań europejskich na wielkopolskim rynku pracy”. Rozwiązanie to umożliwi zaszczepienie w lokalnym środowisku trzech metod pracy z osobami z niepełnosprawnościami efektywnie stosowanych już w Belgii i Czechach. Partnerstwo jednostki samorządu teryrorialnego oraz podmiotu ekonomii społecznej umożliwi stworzenie sprawnie funkcjonującego mechanizmu świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług aktywnej integracji przy wykorzystaniu lokalnych zasobów społecznych. The aim of the project is to improve the employability of persons with disabilities who are experiencing multiple exclusion (due to poverty and disability). As part of the project, people from the target group will receive comprehensive support appropriate to the diagnosed needs, taking into account their individualised expectations, capabilities, predisposition, as well as limitations and barriers. The individual path will be developed with the active participation of participants in the planning of the support – each participant will receive assistance in the optimal range. The implementation of active inclusion instruments as part of social, professional and educational activation will allow for systemic support for people from the target group, contribute to the objective of the project and increase the efficiency of the funds spent. Work with people from the target group will be done on the basis of contracting – the experience of OPS in work using the social contract method, indicate the high efficiency of the measures aimed at social inclusion. The implementation of the project activities will result in equipping people from the target group with professional competences or qualifications and social skills that will facilitate their reintegration into the labour market and contribute to their social inclusion. The project will use validated final products developed as part of the HC OP project – “Center for the development of professional activity of people with disabilities – adaptation of European solutions on the Wielkopolska labour market”. This solution will enable three methods of working with persons with disabilities that are already effectively used in Belgium and the Czech Republic to be inoculated in the local environment. The partnership between the territorial self-government unit and the social economy entity will enable the creation of a well-functioning mechanism for the provision of high-quality active inclusion services using local social resources.
