O Programa + Superior visa contribuir para a plena utilização da capacidade do ensino superior público, procurando ainda promover a coesão territorial apoiando ainda a fixação de jovens em regiões em perda demográfica. O incremento das competências destes jovens permitirá, também, que a sua fixação enquanto diplomados possa ser acompanhada pelo desenvolvimento de atividades empresariais de maior valor para a região em que se fixam. The + Superior Programme aims to contribute to the full utilisation of the capacity of public higher education, while also seeking to promote territorial cohesion while also supporting the establishment of young people in regions with demographic loss.
