Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika ze złego stanu wód powierzchniowych i podziemnych na terenie województwa spowodowanego przede wszystkim niskim poziomem skanalizowania gmin znajdujących się na jego obszarze. Do oczyszczalni odwożone są ścieki ze zbiorników bezodpływowych. Problemem mieszkańców są nieszczelne zbiorniki na ścieki, co zdecydowanie zagraża najbliższemu otoczeniu środowiskowemu i może mieć negatywny wpływ na jakość wód powierzchniowych i gruntowych w regionie. Niezbędna staje się zatem likwidacja zbiorników na ścieki i zapewnienie dostępu do bezpiecznego rozwiązania jakim jest sieć kanalizacyjna. Stąd wynika pilna potrzeba rozbudowy sieci kanalizacji o kolejny odcinek w obszarze aglomeracji PLLE097N. Gmina zgodnie z zapisami AKPOŚK 2015 na podstawie uchwały miejscowej XXV/436/2012 stanowi aglomerację o liczbie 2532 RLM, gdzie % RLM korzystających z systemu kanalizacji wynosi 24%. Inicjatorem projektu jest Gmina Karczmiska. Główny cel projektu: Poprawa warunków środowiska naturalnego gminy. Cele bezpośrednie: zmniejszenie ilości zanieczyszczeń przedostających się do gleby i wód, poprawa stanu wód powierzchniowych na terenie gminy, przeciwdziałanie powstawaniu zagrożeń dla środowiska naturalnego. Przedmiotem inwestycji jest rozbudowa sieci kanalizacyjnej systemu mieszanego grawitacyjno-ciśnieniowego w miejscowości Karczmiska Drugie, Wymysłów i rozbudowa sieci wodociągowej w miejscowości Karczmiska Drugie. Inwestycja obejmuje projekt budowlany sieci wodociągowej i kanalizacyjnej z przyłączami i lokalnymi przepompowniami ścieków. Wskaźniki: Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (RLM) - 316, Przewidywana liczba osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (RLM) - 316, Długość wybudowanej kanalizacji sanitarnej (km) - 9 319 (Polish)

The need to implement the project is due to the poor status of surface and groundwater waters in the voivodship, mainly due to the low level of sewerage of municipalities located in the region. Effluents from non-effluent tanks are taken to the treatment plant. The problem of the population is leaky waste water reservoirs, which significantly threatens the immediate environmental environment and can have a negative impact on the quality of surface and groundwater in the region. It is therefore necessary to dismantle waste water tanks and provide access to a safe solution such as the sewerage network. Therefore, there is an urgent need to expand the sewerage network by another section in the area of the agglomeration PLLE097N. According to the provisions of the ACPOŚK 2015, the municipality is an agglomeration of 2532 p.e. on the basis of local resolution XXV/436/2012, where % of the p.e. using the sewerage system is 24 %. The initiator of the project is the Municipality of Karczmiska. Main objective of the project: Improving the environmental conditions of the municipality. Direct objectives: reducing the amount of pollution entering the soil and waters, improving the status of surface water in the municipality, preventing environmental risks. The object of the investment is the expansion of the sewerage network of the mixed gravity and pressure system in Karczmiska Drugie, Wymysłów and the extension of the water supply network in Karczmiska Drugie. The investment includes the construction project of the water supply and sewerage network with connections and local sewage pumping stations. Indicators: Number of additional persons using improved waste water treatment (RLM) – 316, Expected number of people using improved wastewater treatment (RLM) – 316, length of sanitary sewerage system built (km) – 9 319 (English)
