Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie inwestycyjne obejmuje: modernizację 1700 szt. punktów oświetleniowych z 1968 szt. istniejących wraz z wymianą 566 szt. wysięgników w celu poprawy wyników świecenia (techmologia LED), wymianę zabezpieczeń wraz z zastosowaniem redukcji mocy w oprawach, modernizację szaf oświetleniowych poprzez wyniesienie ich ze stacji transformatorowych, na terenie Gminy Janów Lubelski. Projekt realizowany jest w celu polepszenia warunków oświetlenia ulic i miejsc publicznych z jednoczesnym ograniczeniem zużycia energii elektrycznej. GRUPA DOCELOWA: ok. 16.000 mieszkańców gminy Janów Lubelski. CEL GŁÓWNY: zmniejszenie emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery poprzez zmniejszenie wykorzystania energii elektrycznej. WSKAŹNIKI REZULTATU: Szacow. rocz. spad. em. gaz. cieplarn.(CI34) - 672,69 Mg/rok. Wnioskodawca zobowiązuje się do monitorowania na etapie wdrażania i udostępniania jako informacji dodatkowej w rocznym sprawozdaniu monitoringowym zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektu oraz ilości zaoszczędzonej energii elektr. P. realizuje cel prioryt. 4 i cel główny RPO WL. Jest zgodny z: Strategią Rozowju Gminy Janów Lubelski; SRWL 2014-2020 cel 2.5, 3.6 oraz 4.5; RSI WL 2020 - inteligentna specjalizacja regionu, PROZE WL oraz PZP WL- prewencyjność obszaru do rozwoju energetyki odnawialnej. Na podstawie PROGRAMU OCHRONY POWIETRZA DLA STREFY LUBELSKIEJ w G. nie stwierdzono przekroczenia choćby jednego poziomu dopuszczalnego lub docelowego w odniesieniu do substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Jednakże działania przewidziane w P. przyczyniają się do realizacji działań naprawczych mających na celu poprawę stanu jakości powietrza poprzez ograniczenie emisji pyłu PM10 oraz działania promocyjne i edukacyjne zakładane w P. Projekt pośrednio wpływa na przeciwdziałanie zjawisku ubóstwa energetycznego. (Polish)

The investment project in question includes: modernisation of 1,700 lighting points from 1968 existing with the replacement of 566 booms in order to improve lighting performance (LED technology), replacement of safety features with the application of power reduction in luminaires, modernisation of lighting cabinets by lifting them from transformer stations, in the area of Janów Lubelski Municipality. The project is implemented to improve lighting conditions for streets and public places while reducing electricity consumption. TARGET GROUP: okay, okay, okay. 16,000 inhabitants of Janów Lubelski commune. MAIN OBJECTIVE: reduce emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere by reducing the use of electricity. RESULT INDICATORS: Estimated year of decline in gas. heat.(CI34) – 672,69 Mg/year. The applicant undertakes to monitor during the implementation phase and make available as additional information in the annual monitoring report the reduction in final energy consumption as a result of the project and the amount of electricity saved. P. pursues the priority objective. 4 and main objective of the ROP PP. Complies with: Janów Lubelski Commune Rozow Strategy; SRWL 2014-2020 Objectives 2.5, 3.6 and 4.5; RSI WL 2020 – smart specialisation of the region, proze WL and PZP WL – prevention of the area for the development of renewable energy. On the basis of the AIR PROGRAMME FOR LUBLE STREFAGE in G., it was not found that at least one limit or target level was exceeded for substances subject to an air quality assessment. However, the measures provided for in P. contribute to the implementation of corrective actions aimed at improving air quality by reducing PM10 emissions and promoting and educational measures envisaged in P. The project indirectly contributes to combating the phenomenon of energy poverty. (English)
