Powstanie 20 m. przedsz. Projekt real. będzie od 1.10.2020r. (od ogłosz. przetargu prac remont –adaptacyjne), do 09.2022r. Nat. finans. działal. bieżącej oddz. od 1.09.2021 do 31.08.2022r. W ramach proj. zwiększy się licz. miejsc dla dzieci korzyst. z eduk. przedszk. na terenie gminy. Oddział przedszk. funkcj. będzie przez 10 h dziennie, 5 dni w tyg. (pon – pt), przez 12 mcy. Z edukacji przedszk. dzieci będą korzyst. przez 11–m-cy. W 08.2022r. oddział będzie nieczynny (urlopy nauczycieli, zakupy, wypos., drobne naprawy i remonty). Ze środ. proj. zostaną też zakupione pomoce dydakt. do przedszk. oraz wyposaż., niestanowiące śr. trwał., i też prace remont. – adaptac. w ramach cross-financingu. Zadanie wpisuje się w cel szczeg. osi Prior. 10 – cel szczeg. 1 – zwiększenie licz. mie. przedszk. Proj. zakłada finans. działal. bieżącej nowo utworz. miejsc wych. przedszk. przez 12 m-cy. Gmina zapewni trwałość przez funkcjon. nowego oddz. przez min. 2 lat od daty zak. proj. oraz przez 5 lat nie zmieni przeznaczenia wyrem. pomieszczeń. Zostaną zatrudnione 2 os. – nauczyciele wych. przedszk. W ramach proj. plan. jest też doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawod. nauczy. poprzez kursy z pedagogiki specjalnej. Kadra nauczyc. będzie składała się z 2 os. zatrud. w pełnym wymiar. czasu pracy w oparciu o przepisy K. N.
