O AGRO-ECOSERVICES tem como ambição contribuir para a quantificação dos serviços dos ecossistemas (SE) em quatro habitats agrícolas dos Açores (pastagem, milho, vinha e pomares de citrinos). Iremos utilizar técnicas inovadoras para quantificar os SE: predação por agentes de controle biológico polinização decomposição no solo herbivoria. Iremos igualmente mapear os SE na ilha Terceira e desenvolver um sistema rápido de monitorização dos SE. (Portuguese)

AGRO-ECOSERVICES aims to contribute to the quantification of ecosystem services (SE) in four agricultural habitats in the Azores (pasting, maize, vines and citrus orchards). We will use innovative techniques to quantify SEs: Predation by biological control agents pollination decomposition in the herbivory soil. We will also map SEs on Terceira Island and develop a rapid SE monitoring system. (English)
