Projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení kvality poskytovaného vzdělávání v mateřských a základních školách, za pomoci spolupráce všech poskytovatelů vzdělávání v ORP Český Těšín. S využitím expertních skupin budou navrhována a plánovaná řešení konkrétních potřeb ve vybraných oblastech vzdělávání, přičemž se zohlední výstupy analýz současného stavu. Výstupem projektu je dohoda o prioritách vzdělávání v území a soubor aktivit navrhujících konkrétní řešení, resp. Místní akční plán pro ORP Český Těšín. (Czech)
