Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do zintegrowanych usług społecznych odpowiadającym na potrzeby społeczności lokalnej z terenu Gminy Wieniawa. Projekt zakłada utworzenie Centrum Usług społecznych, poprzez przekształcenie Gminnego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Wieniawie oraz realizację programu usług społecznych (PUS), który będzie odpowiedzią na potrzeby mieszkańców, wynikające z przeprowadzonej diagnozy. Diagnoza potrzeb i potencjału społeczności lokalnej jest podstawą do opracowania PUS. W oparciu o wyniki/raport z diagnozy ustalone zostaną usługi społeczne oferowane w programie, określone warunki i tryb kwalifikowania osób do korzystania z usług społecznych oraz zasady ich realizacji. Projekt przewiduje również animację społeczności lokalnej z uwzględnieniem działań wspierających, opartych na wolontariacie i samopomocy mieszkańców, których potencjał zostanie wykorzystany do uzupełnienia świadczonych usług społecznych.Oferta CUS skierowana będzie do całej społeczności lokalnej. Integracja rozproszonych dotychczas usług społecznych, umożliwi bardziej efektywne wykorzystanie lokalnego potencjału usługowego oraz skuteczniejsze zaspokajanie potrzeb mieszkańców gminy w zakresie usług społecznych. The aim of the project is to increase access to integrated social services responding to the needs of the local community in the area of Wieniawa Municipality. The project involves the creation of a Social Services Centre, through the transformation of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Wieniaw and the implementation of the Social Services Programme (PUS), which will respond to the needs of residents resulting from the diagnosis. The diagnosis of the needs and potential of the local community is the basis for the development of the PUS. Based on the results/diagnosis report, the social services offered in the programme will be determined, the specific conditions and modalities for the eligibility of persons to use social services and the rules for their implementation. The project also foresees the animation of the local community, taking into account support activities based on volunteering and self-help of residents, whose potential will be used to complement the social services provided. The CUS offer will be addressed to the entire local community. The integration of previously distributed social services will make it possible to use local service potential more effectively and to better meet the needs of local residents in terms of social services.
