Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie w okr.od 01.01-01.05.2021 r.aktywności zawodowej oraz poprawa sytuacji na r.pracy w gr.25 os.z niskimi kwalifik.(w tym 15 kobiet i 5 OzN)w w.18-29l. zatrudnionych na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz cywilnoprawnych zamieszk.(zg.z Kodeksem Cyw.)w woj.mazowieckim łącznie na terenie m.Radom oraz powiatów radomskiego,szydłowieckiego, przysuskiego i białobrzeskiego (w tym 10os.na obsz. wiejskich,10os. na terenie m. Radom). Główne rezultaty projektu w odniesieniu do jego uczestników:-opracowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania w obszarze dalszego rozwoju zawodowego dla 100% uczestników projektu,-nabycie łącznie przez 100% uczestników projektu kwalifikacji(18 os. - 72%UP) i kompetencji (7 os.-28%UP) zawodowych zbieżnych z potrzebami lokalnego rynku pracy-nabycie przez co najmniej 90% uczestników projektu kompetencji w zakresie diagnozy swoich predyspozycji zawodowych-nabycie przez co najmniej 90% uczestników projektu doświadczenia zawodowego zgodnego z uzyskanymi kwalifikacjami/kompetencjami-poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy w grupie 27% uczestników projektuDziałania w projekcie:-Indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym w celu utworzenia i aktualizacji IPD-Indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe,-Indywidualne poradnictwo psychologiczne-Indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy,-Warsztaty z Zakresu Diagnozy Predyspozycji Zawodowych-Szkolenia zawodowe,-Staże zawodowe (Polish)
