Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pruszkowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji, tj. osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, a także przez 59,5% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup podejmujących zatrudnienie, zarejestrowanych w Powiatowy Urzędzie Pracy w Pruszkowie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Pruszkowie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Prussian district. The main result of the project will be 44 % of the most vulnerable, i.e. people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, as well as 59.5 % of those who are not eligible for any of the listed groups taking up employment registered with the District Labour Office in Pruszków. The project will support people under the age of 30 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (so-called NEETs). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Pruszków will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.
