Projekt rozšiřuje personální složení týmů pedagogů o nové odborné i podpůrné pozice, rozvíjí spolupráci s rodinami znevýhodněných žáků, vytváří platformy pro užší spolupráci škol mezi sebou při společném vzdělávání i metodických schůzkách a v neposlední řadě seznamuje širší veřejnost ve městě s principy inkluze.
