Neste projeto irá caracterizar-se toda a biomassa e potencial tecnológico disponível a nível nacional para a produção de energia, de forma a incrementar o uso diversificado da biomassa e a definir linhas orientadoras para políticas públicas. Os resultados conduzirão à elaboração dum guia técnico-científico com recomendações para a utilização eficiente da biomassa nacional, com vista à diminuição da dependência energética nacional.
