Předložený projekt vychází z Koncepce návazné péče Plzeňského kraje. Předmětem žádosti o dotaci (resp. způsobilých výdajů) je pořízení nového přístrojového vybavení využívaného pro následnou péči v Klatovské nemocnici, a.s. Cílem projektu je zajištění poskytování kvalitní péče na vysoké úrovni jak v čase před léčením v centrech, tak návazně po jejím ukončení. Cílovou skupinou jsou všichni pacienti, jejichž zdravotní stav vyžaduje návaznou péči, jež může být díky novým technologiím vylepšena. a. (Czech)
