The planned project will be implemented in the area of the Municipality of Luta and provides for a comprehensive thermal modernisation of the 2 buildings of the School and School Group in the Line in order to increase the energy efficiency class and reduce pollutant and CO2 emissions. Activities will be carried out in the School’s building in the Lugansk, with regard to: • insulation of walls, floor and wall of the cellars below the ground as well as the exchange of non-leakproof window and door joinery; • Moderate for the heating system.• Assembly of solar power• moderating mechanical ventilation with heat recovery• low energy efficient lighting. In addition, work will also be carried out in a branch of the facility — the building in Mostar: • insulation of walls, floor and wall of the cellars below the ground as well as the exchange of non-leakproof window and door joinery; • Moderate for a c.o installation with the replacement of a biomass boiler• installation of solar higher lighting technology. The project will be implemented in the phases set out in the context of the procedures/contracts and shall include: (1) Development of project documentation and feasibility study; 2) Execution of works; (3) investor supervision; 4) project promotion; (5) The ex-project audit will help to reduce final energy consumption (heat and electricity) and reduce CO2 emissions and pollutant emissions, in line with the list of direct result indicators identified in the SzOOP, thus meeting the project’s objective and addressing the problems identified in the region. The planned activities are of the highest, economically and energy viable options, and will allow all complementary project objectives to be met by addressing all of the identified social problems in line with Thematic Objective 4 — Supporting the shift towards a low-carbon economy in all sectors, with a focus on the specific objective “increased efficiency in public buildings”. Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie na obszarze Gminy Łukta i przewiduje kompleksową termomodernizację 2 budynków Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Łukcie, co pozwoli na podwyższenie klasy efektywności energetycznej, a także ograniczenie emisji substancji zanieczyszczających i CO2. Działania realizowane będą w budynku Szkół w Łukcie, w zakresie: • docieplenia ścian, stropodachu i ścian piwnic poniżej terenu, a także wymiany nieszczelnej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; • modern. instalacji c.o. • montaż inst. solarnej • modern. wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła • modern. oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Ponadto, prace prowadzone będą również w filii placówki - budynku w Mostkowie w zakresie: • docieplenia ścian, stropodachu i ścian piwnic poniżej terenu, a także wymiany nieszczelnej stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; • modern. instalacji c.o. wraz z wymianą kotła na biomasę • montaż inst. solarnej • modern. oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Projekt realizowany będzie w etapach wyszczególnionych w ramach postępowań/zamówień i obejmuje: 1) Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i studium wykonalności; 2) Wykonanie robót budowlanych; 3) nadzór inwestorski; 4) promocja projektu; 5) oprac. audytu ex-p Projekt przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zużycia energii końcowej (cieplnej i elektrycznej) i spowoduje redukcję emisji CO2 i subst. zanieczyszczających zgodnie z listą wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego wskazaną w SzOOP, co w konsekwencji spełni zakładany cel przedsięwzięcia i zniweluje problemy określone w regionie. Zaplanowane działania wykazują najwyższe, ekonomicznie i energetycznie opłacalne, warianty, a także pozwolą na realizację wszystkich komplementarnych celów projektu rozwiązując wszystkie zdiagnozowane problemy społ-gosp.Projekt jest zgodny z zapisami SzOOP zgodnie z celem tematycznym 4 - Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, w zakresie celu szczegółowego "zwiększona efektywność en. budynków użyt. publicznej".
