The aim of the project is to increase the skills, professional qualifications and practical skills needed to enter the labour market with 64 students (46M/18K) ZSP No. 1 in Bartoszyce by working with employers, courses and work placements from 01.09.2019 to 31.08.2020. the project aims to implement the SPPA 1 with the socio-economic environment by improving students’ qualifications and competences. The project provides support for 1 types (model I) and 4 types for hotels, IT, mechanics and mechatronics. Students will acquire scientific and technical competences, digital competence, learning to learn, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The courses will support personal development, social inclusion, active citizenship and employability (4 types — key skills). The above data and diagnosis show that insufficient practical and professional skills needed to enter the labour market among pupils and students at the Technical College ZSP No 1 in Bartoszyce are key. In order to support the students, the project involves working with employers/entrepreneurs, providing additional courses for students and internships. The applicant declares that ZSP No 1, which provides vocational training, has concluded an agreement with the employer/trader whose activities are consistent with the training profiles supported by the project, together with a declaration that the employer/entrepreneur was involved in the construction of the project. Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji, kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz umiejętności praktycznych zawodowych niezbędnych do wejścia na rynek pracy u 64 uczniów (46M/18K) ZSP nr 1 w Bartoszycach poprzez współpracę z pracodawcami, kursy oraz staże zawodowe od 01.09.2019 do 31.08.2020 roku.Projekt ma na celu realizację programu współpracy ZSP nr 1 z otoczeniem społeczno - gospodarczym poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych uczniów. Projekt przewiduje wsparcie w zakresie 1 typu (model I) oraz 4 typu dla kierunków hotelarz, informatyk, mechanik i mechatronik. W ramach kursów uczniowie nabędą kompetencje naukowo-techniczne, kompetencje informatyczne, umiejętność uczenia się, inicjatywność i przedsiębiorczość. Kursy będą wspierać rozwój osobisty, włączanie w życie społeczne, aktywne obywatelstwo i możliwość znalezienia zatrudnienia (4 typ - umiejętności kluczowe). Powyższe dane oraz przeprowadzona diagnoza wskazują, iż problemem kluczowym są niewystarczające umiejętności praktyczne i kwalifikacje zawodowe niezbędne do wejścia na rynek pracy wśród uczniów i uczennic Technikum ZSP nr 1 w Bartoszycach. W celu wsparcia uczniów projekt zakłada współpracę z pracodawcami/przedsiębiorcami, dodatkowe kursy dla uczniów oraz staże. Wnioskodawca oświadcza, że ZSP nr 1 prowadząca kształcenie zawodowe zawarła porozumienie z pracodawcą/przedsiębiorcą, których zakres prowadzonej działalności jest zgodny z profilami kształcenia wspieranymi w ramach projektu wraz z deklaracją, że pracodawca/przedsiębiorca uczestniczył w konstruowaniu założeń projektu.
