The project “My occupation — my passion” aims to raise the employability of students and students of the Team of Building Schools who enter the labour market at the end of the school. Within the framework of the project, the students and students selected during the recruitment process, after assessing their current competences, qualifications and professional skills, will be invited to take the course of their chosen training courses, followed by a paid professional experience with the employer. The support provided during the project is intended to be complementary to the educational pathway implemented at school. The project is aimed at students and students in the technical service of the SSF learners in the areas of construction, IT and freight forwarding. These are courses of training that are highly relevant to the Warmińsko-Mazurskie region. Graduates of these courses, provided they possess the skills desired by employers, find themselves in the workplace without the problem of employment. ZSBB has established cooperation with the local and regional labour market employers to develop the objectives of this project. The project’s actions aim to meet employers’ needs on well trained and pre-trained trainees, and in the future of workers. 2 tasks will be achieved through the achievement of the indicators set out in the draft indicators for students’ new competences and skills for the labour market. These include, above all, the provision of vocational courses and work placements for entrepreneurs. The project will benefit from one institutional beneficiary, the school of SSF and 136 (40K, 96M) of the individual beneficiaries, i.e. the school pupils and students of the ZUB school. Szkoła ZSB nawiązała współpracę z pracodawcami lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy, w celu opracowania założeń niniejszego projektu. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie mają zaspokoić potrzeby pracodawców na dobrze wyszkolonych i wstępnie przygotowanych do pracy stażystów, a w przyszłości pracowników. Osiągnięcie założonych w projekcie wskaźników dotyczących uzyskania przez uczniów nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji pożądanych na rynku pracy zrealizowane zostanie poprzez 2 zadania. Obejmują one przede wszystkim przeprowadzenie kursów zawodowych oraz staże u przedsiębiorców. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty zostanie jeden beneficjent instytucjonalny, czyli szkoła ZSB oraz 136 (40K, 96M) beneficjentów indywidualnych, jakimi są uczniowie i uczennice szkoły ZSB. (Polish)
