Implementation of courses in the following areas: Veterinary techniques — the course of insemination of cattle and pigs, as well as a rooming course by the technique of agricultural mechanisation and agro-Troniki — the course in the area of the agroTroniki course and the operation of the variable up to 2. Carrying out traineeships in highly specialised companies/farms 3. Modification of courses/adaptation of teaching content to business expectations, in particular through the acquisition and use of modern equipment/teaching equipment by students in the curriculum 4. Heading for teachers of vocational subjects for the use of agricultural vehicles and machinery in high performance precision agriculture and for teachers of veterinary technicians: the course of insemination of bovine animals and swine and threatening to live. Members and teachers of the ZSCCoR in Karoleknows KELIFIKACJE, following the positive passing of the final examination, will be qualified (the course of insemination, the trolley.) The COMPETENCE of the participants in the courses will acquire the competences (course of grooming, agroTroniki). the project is not carried out in partnership. The project is aimed at breaking the stereotype of distinction between male and female occupations. (English)

Zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów ZSCKR w Karolewie poprzez realizację staży zawodowych i powiązanych z nimi kursami dla łącznie 46 uczniów (13K/33M) 2. zwiększenie zatrudnialności/lepsze przygotowanie uczniów do podjęcia zatrudnienia poprzez modyfikacja kierunków kształcenia w zawodach: technik mechanizacji rolnictwa i agrotroniki oraz technik weterynarii Działania: 1. Realizacja kursów zawodowych w zakresie: Technik Weterynarii – kurs inseminacji bydła i trzody chlewnej oraz kurs groomingu Technik mechanizacji rolnictwa i agrotroniki - kurs z zakresu agrotroniki oraz obsługi wózków jezdniowych ze zmiennym wysięgiem 2. Realizacja staży w wysoko wyspecjalizowanych przedsiębiorstwach / gospodarstwach rolnych 3. Modyfikacja kierunków kształcenia/dostosowanie treści nauczania do oczekiwań przedsiębiorców w szczególności poprzez nabycie i użytkowanie przez uczniów w ramach programu nauczania nowoczesnych urządzeń/środków dydaktycznych 4. Kurs dla nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych z zakresu użytkowania pojazdów i maszyn rolniczych przeznaczonych w wysokowydajnego rolnictwa precyzyjnego oraz dla nauczycieli technikum weterynaryjnego: kurs inseminacji bydła i trzody chlewnej oraz groomingu. GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie i nauczyciele ZSCKR w Karolewie KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje (kurs inseminacji, wózka jezd.)
