    O objetivo da intervenção, para além dos fatores ambientais subjacentes, é a melhoria da eficiência energética da iluminação pública do município, estimando-se a redução em 58% do valor da fatura a pagar pelos consumos energéticos. Aumenta-se ainda a qualidade da iluminação do espaço público. Propõe-se a substituição de aproximadamente 50% do n.º total de pontos iluminação pública (PIP) do município, por n.º igual de luminárias de tecnologia LED. (Portuguese)

    The objective of the intervention, in addition to the underlying environmental factors, is to improve the energy efficiency of public lighting in the municipality, with an estimated 58 % reduction in the value of the bill payable for energy consumption. The quality of public space lighting is also increased. It is proposed to replace approximately 50 % of the total number of points public lighting (PIP) of the county, by equal number of LED technology luminaires. (English)
