Przedmiotem projektu jest zaprojektowanie, dostawa i montaż mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych w 114 budynkach mieszkalnych i 9 budynkach użyteczności publicznej oraz instalacji kolektorów słonecznych w 76 budynkach mieszkalnych. W budynkach mieszkalnych przewidziano 2 typy instalacji fotowoltaicznych o mocy 2kW i 3kW oraz 4 typy zestawów kolektorów słonecznych. Główne elementy składowe instalacji fotowoltaicznych to: panele odpowiednio 8 lub 12 szt., inwerter oraz moduł kontrolno - pomiarowy. System solarny składał się będzie z od 2 do 5 kolektorów wraz z wyposażeniem,a jego zadaniem będzie wspomaganie podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej. W budynkach użyteczności publ. zaprojektowano instalacje fotowoltaiczne o mocy od 2do 20 kW. Każda instalacja fotowoltaiczna będzie działać w systemie on- grid, przy czym priorytetem jest zaspokojenie bieżącego zapotrzebowania na energie elektryczną, zaś nadwyżki energii elektrycznej przekazywane będą do sieci energetycznej.
