    The municipality of Viana do Alentejo decided to focus on the development of a systemic and holistic intervention approach of the student and the problem of failure and school dropout. It was thus devised an integrated plan to combat failure that integrates the structuring of a multidisciplinary team and promotes the development of new methodologies and pedagogical contents, as well as the construction of a tool for monitoring the school environment.
