A requalificação desta zona que se apresenta degradada transformando-a numa via pedonal de ligação entre a linha férrea, a estação ferroviária e a ponte de ligação ao centro de Luzianes-Gare. Nesta zona encontram-se importantes equipamentos coletivos, como a referida Estação Ferroviária, a sede do Clube Desportivo, o Centro Social e os antigos Celeiros da EPAC, onde funciona um importante Centro de Transformação de Produtos Endógenos. The requalification of this area, which is degraded by transforming it into a pedestrian link between the railway line, the railway station and the bridge to the centre of Luzianes-Gare. In this area there are important collective equipment, such as the said Railway Station, the headquarters of the Sports Club, the Social Center and the old Tulhas of EPAC, where it operates an important Center for the Transformation of Endogenous Products.
