O objeto desta operação é a elaboração de três PAMUS com o auxílio de ferramentas inovadoras, numa perspetiva de tomar estes como instrumentos base ao desenvolvimento do PMTI. As ações a incluir nos PAMUS serão direcionadas para o desenvolvimento de modelos e sistemas de transporte ecológicos com baixo teor de carbono e novos padrões de consumo energético, que promovam a redução de emissões de CO2 e a descarbonização da economia e da sociedade. The purpose of this operation is the elaboration of three PAMUS with the aid of innovative tools, with a view to taking these as instruments based on the development of the PMTI. The actions to be included in PAMUS will be directed towards the development of ecological models and transport systems with low carbon content and new energy consumption patterns, which promote the reduction of CO2 emissions and the decarbonisation of the economy and society.
