(‎Created claim: summary (P836): This work will make it possible to cryopreserve porcine semen and implement an artificial Insemination (AI) procedure, allowing the use of frozen semen to cease to be an experimental technique, making it a field tool for the reproductive and genetic improvement of the holdings. The viability, motility, integrity of the acrosome and mitochondrial activity of spermatozoa will be evaluated by microscopy and flow cytometry.
