The main objective of the P will be to increase the participation and employment of 30 people (25K and 5M) at risk of poverty and social exclusion by 30.09.2021 by providing them with a comprehensive approach by applying active inclusion elements, professional training organisations, internships to improve their opportunities and opportunities in the labour market. combating social exclusion and combating poverty are one of the most important objectives of social policy, and this is why it will be pursued. P will be implemented in the territory of the Municipality of Pińczów, and thus include the support of its residents, who benefit from the assistance of OPS. These will be people at the age of working with primary, lower secondary education, vocational training and 1 people with higher education. The main actions of the P are to: individual and group occupational guidance, group psychological counselling, vocational courses for all UP and professional placements addressed to the defined UP. The project will be carried out in partnership with Sidrom dealing with, among other things, professional counselling and work placement. In the case of traineeships, social contracts will be signed in the case of traineeships, and contracts will be signed on several occasions. the own contribution to the project will be earmarked for the purpose of earmarkable allowances and 0,5 people working 3 for the implementation of social contracts. a comprehensive support to the PA will help to improve their qualifications, quality of life and hence the improvement of their standard and confidence in their own capacities. Głównym celem P będzie wzrost aktywności społ. i zawodowej u 30 osób (25K i 5M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym do 30.09.2021r. zapewniając im kompleksowe podejście poprzez zastosowanie elementów aktywnej integracji, organizacje kursów zawodowych, staży co podniesie ich możliwości i szanse na rynku pracy. przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu oraz walka z ubóstwem są jednym z najważniejszych celów polityki społecznej dlatego w P właśnie ten cel będzie realizowany. P będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Pińczów i tym samym obejmował wsparciem jej mieszkańców, którzy korzystają z pomocy OPS . Będą to osoby w wieku aktywności zawodowej z wykształceniem podstawowym, gimnazjalnym, zawodowym oraz 1 osoba z wyższym. Główne działania P to: poradnictwo zawodowe indywidualne i grupowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne grupowe, kursy zawodowe skierowane do wszystkich UP oraz staże zawodowe skierowane do wyłonionej grupy UP. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie ze spółką Sidrom zajmującą się miedzy innymi doradztwem zawodowym oraz pośrednictwem pracy. Z UP podpisane zostaną kontrakty socjalne a w przypadku staży podpisane zostaną umowy kilkustronne. wkład własny do projektu stanowić będą zasiłki celowe oraz po 0,5 etatu 3 prac socj do realizacji kontraktów socjalnych.Zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia UP przyczyni się do podniesienia ich kwalifikacji , zmiany jakości życia a tym samym podniesienia jego standardu oraz wiary we własne możliwości.
