The purpose of the project is to increase the level of professional qualification of 30 women/men from Zwar.warz war by way of a project with industry budowlanej:spawanie by the TIG141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW and mAg-135 FW FM2 in the period I.2019-XII.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following activities/tasks: organisation and delivery of 3 courses leading to a higher qualification. The recipients of support are adults, on their own initiative, interested in raising the professional competences and skills that they study, work or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Warminsko-Mazurskie, to the exclusion of persons carrying out an economic activity. These courses are as follows: the TG-141 FW FM2, MIG-131 FW and mAg-135 FW FM2 performance is expected to translate into an adaptation of the skills and professional skills of adults to the needs of the labour market. Celem projektu jest wzrost poziomu kwalifikacja zawodowych u 30 kobiet/mężczyzn z woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego poprzez realizowane w ramach projektu kursy z branży budowlanej:spawanie metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 w okresie I.2019-XII.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: organizację i przeprowadzenie 3 kursów prowadzących do podniesienia kwalifikacji. Odbiorcami wsparcia są osoby dorosłe z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. Są to następujące kursy: kurs spawania metodą TIG-141 FW FM2,MIG-131 FW i MAG-135 FW FM2 Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na dostosowanie kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych osób dorosłych do potrzeb rynku pracy.
