Το έργο αυτό αφορά την αποκατάσταση του τριώροφου διατηρητέου κτιρίου Δημαρχείου Ξάνθης και την αλλαγή χρήσης του σε χώρο συνάθροισης κοινού και γραφεία. Στο έργο περιλαμβάνεται επίσης και η προσθήκη ανελκυστήρα ΑΜΕΑ. Το διατηρητέο κτίριο του Δημαρχείου έχει αλλοιωθεί από μεταγενέστερες προσθήκες από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα οι οποίες και θα καθαιρεθούν. Στη συνέχεια θα καθαιρεθούν τα στοιχεία του διατηρητέου που έχουν φθαρεί όπως κεραμίδια, εξωτερικά κουφώματα. Θα γίνουν εσωτερικές διαμορφώσεις μικρής κλίμακας σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της νέας χρήσης. Επίσης θα κατασκευασθεί ανελκυστήρας για την εξυπηρέτηση των ατόμων με ειδικές ανάγκες (που θα φθάνει μέχρι τον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου όπου θα γίνονται οι εκδηλώσεις). (Greek)

The project also includes the addition of a disabled elevator. The listed building of the Town Hall has been altered by later additions of reinforced concrete which will be deposed. Then the elements of the preserved that have been damaged like tiles, external frames will be removed. Internal small-scale configurations will be made in accordance with the requirements of the new use. An elevator will also be constructed to accommodate the disabled (which will reach the first floor of the building where the events will take place). (English)
