The project is equipped with 560 (226K and 334M) of the adult population in competences, qualifications and contracts, corresponding to the needs of the industries: physiotherapy, commerce and automotive. This will be achieved in the period 1.03.2018-28.02.2021. Competences, qualifications and qualifications will be equipped with adult, physical and own-initiative work, with an interest in improving them in extra-curricular forms. TASKS PERFORMED: 1. TRAINING CORRESPONDING TO THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS OF FIZJOTERAPEUTYPE 2. TRAINING CORRESPONDING TO THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS OF THE COMMERCIAL SECTOR 3. TRAINING CORRESPONDING TO THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS OF THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. The target group (GD) is 560 (226K and 334M) of the adult population aged 18 and over, on their own initiative, by raising the professional skills and skills that they study, work or reside within the meaning of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province (WiM), with the exception of persons carrying out an economic activity. THE MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT ARE: at least 173 persons who have acquired qualifications in out-of-school education, including: a. min. 86., within the Physiotherapeutic industry, of at least 87 people, within the motor vehicle industry at least 331 who have been given competence in extra-curricular forms of education, including: a. min. 129, within the Physiotherapeutic industry, of at least 174 people, within the trade sector. min. 28 in the automotive sector. CELEM GŁ. PROJEKTU jest wyposażenie 560 (226K i 334M) os. dorosłych w kompetencje, kwalifikacje i um. zawodowe odpowiadające potrzebom branż: fizjoterapeutycznej, handlowej i motoryzacyjnej. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty w okresie 1.03.2018-28.02.2021. W kompetencje, kwalifikacje i um. zawodowe wyposażone zostaną os. dorosłe, fizyczne i z z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane ich zwiększeniem w formach pozaszkolnych. REALIZOWANE ZADANIA: 1. SZKOLENIA ODPOWIADAJĄCE ZDIAGNOZOWANYM POTRZEBOM BRANŻY FIZJOTERAPEUTYCZNEJ 2. SZKOLENIA ODPOWIADAJĄCE ZDIAGNOZOWANYM POTRZEBOM BRANŻY HANDLOWEJ 3. SZKOLENIA ODPOWIADAJĄCE ZDIAGNOZOWANYM POTRZEBOM BRANŻY MOTORYZACYJNEJ. GRUPĄ DOCELOWĄ (GD) jest 560 (226K i 334M) os. dorosłych, w wieku 18 lat i więcej, z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowanych podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego (WiM), z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą.
