In order to achieve the aim of the project “Creating students with the opportunity to acquire the skills and attitudes needed in the labour market” and minimise the educational problems diagnosed by the school, the following tasks are planned under 1 and 2 types of project: 1.Content and expert advice.; 2. Excellent skills and professional teaching. 3. Troubleshooting and specialist activities; 4. Professional training; 5. Assistance to Scholarships. The project will be implemented in the period I.2017 to VII.2018, and will be carried out by 3th session in ZSP- Gimnn in the Sępopol. Support will be given to 86 students (36k, 50M) of Classes I and II G and 18 (15K, 3M) of education. Support will be given to them. (qualified — equalisation and specialisation) as well as the talents of talents and talents (which are attractive to developing the skills necessary to find themselves on the part of the labour market and the academic). Laborat., experiment, study, study trip (c). They will be much higher than they will be. they will be more effective. We will step up your education and training offer for students, including the pupils’/carers’ offer. Scientists will be trained to work more efficiently and in a more attractive manner. By zrealizować cel projektu "Stworzenie uczniom Gimnazjum warunków do nabywania umiejętności i postaw niezbędnych na rynku pracy" i zminimalizować zdiagnozowane przez szkołę problemy edukac. planuje się następujące zadania w ramach 1 i 2 typu projektu: 1.Laboratoria przedmiot. i zaj. prowadzone met. eksperym.; 2. Doskonal. umiejętn. i kompet. zawodowych nauczyc.; 3. Aktywizuj. zajęcia dydakt.-wyrównawcze i specjalistyczne; 4. Doradztwo eduk.-zawodowe; 5. Pomoc stypendial. dla uczn. uzdolnionych. Projekt realizow. będzie w okresie I.2017 r. do VII.2018 r., przez 3 sem. szk. w ZSP- Gimn. w Sępopolu. Wsparc. obejmiemy 86 uczn.(36K,50M) klas I i II G. oraz 18 (15K,3M) nauczyc., głównie przedm. mat.-przyrodn. i jęz.angiel.. Wsparcie uzyskają zarówno uczn. słabiej radzący sobie z nauką jęz. obcych i przedm mat.-przyrodn. (zaj. dydakt.-wyrówn. i specjalist.) jak i uczn. zdolniejsi i szczeg. uzdolnieni (atrakcyjne zaj. rozwijające kompet. kluczowe niezbędne do odnalezienia się na współcz. rynku pracy oraz stypen. naukowe).Wszystkie rodzaje zaj. będą prowadz. innowac., atrakcyj. i aktywizuj. metod. nauczania (poznawanie przez działanie: laborat., eksperyment, badania, wyjazdy edukac.). Będzie ich znacznie więcej niż dotych., będą bardziej efektyw., ponieważ nastaw. na uaktywn. uczn. Zwiększymy licz. godz. i wzbogac. ofertę doradztw.edukac.-zawod. dla uczn., do którego włączymy rodziców/opiekunów uczn. Nauczyc. zostaną przeszkoleni w celu efektyw. i atrakcyjniejszej realizacji szkol. i pozaszk. zajęć projekt., m.in. metod. laborator.i eksperymen..
