Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Bytomiu dla 25 dzieci 3 i 4-letnich w utworzonym od 1.09.2017 r. dodatkowym oddziale w Przedszkolu Miejskim nr 25 w Bytomiu. Realizowany w ramach projektu program zapewniania dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej obejmuje utworzenie dodatkowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Przedszkolu Miejskim nr 25, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli placówki oraz rozszerzenie oferty przedszkola o dodatkowe zajęcia wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne dzieci w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów oraz zajęcia na rzecz podnoszenia jakości edukacji przedszkolnej. Realizacja projektu możliwa jest dzięki interwencji Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego w ramach projektu zintegrowanego pn. „Adaptacja pomieszczeń na sale dydaktyczne dla Przedszkola Miejskiego nr 25 w Bytomiu”.
