Το Έργο αφορά την ανέγερση μιας Στέγης Υποστηριζόμενης Διαβίωσης (ΣΥΔ)- Οικοτροφέιων του εργαστηρίου "Πανγία Ελεούσα' στο Αγρίνιο. Η Σ.Υ.Δ. θα περιλαμβάνει υπόγειο, ισόγειο και Α όροφο. Το υπόγειο θα είναι εμβαδού 162,69 μ2 και θα περιλαμβάνει λεβητοστάσιο, τρεις επιμέρους αποθήκες, ιματιοθήκη-πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο, εσωτερικό κλιμακοστάσιο επικοινωνίας με τον ισόγειο όροφο, ανελκυστήρα και μηχανοστάσιο.Το ισόγειο θα είναι εμβαδού 237,11 μ2 (εκ των οποίων τα 225,12 μ2 εντός δόμησης) και θα περιλαμβάνει χώρο εισόδου υποδοχής, τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, γραφείο με WC, κοιτώνα με τουαλέτα Α.Μ.Ε.Α., ιματιοθήκη-πλυντήριο-στεγνωτήριο, δύο WC, ανελκυστήρα και εσωτερική σκάλα επικοινωνίας με το υπόγειο και τον Α όροφο του κτιρίου ενώ τέλος ο Α όροφος θα είναι εμβαδού 219,75 μ και θα περιλαμβάνει τέσσερις κοιτώνες με τα λουτρά τους, έναν κοιτώνα με τουαλέτα Α.Μ.Ε.Α, έναν κοιτώνα οικονόμου με το λουτρό του, ένα κοινόχρηστο WC, ανελκυστήρα, εσωτερική σκάλα επικοινωνίας με τον ισόγειο όροφο, καθώς και εξωτερική σκάλα για άμεση πρόσβαση από τον Α όροφο του κτιρίου στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο αυτού.
