The aim of the project is to improve educational conditions by expanding the infrastructure of sports and teaching facilities (such as service rooms and gymnasiums) and equipping the Primary School in Niestachów in the Far East. The project’s objective is part of the specific objective of Action 7.4 “Development of education and training infrastructure” within the framework of the 2014-2020 framework. “Revised availability of vocational education and training infrastructures and schools”. Currently, the school in Niesterów has too few teaching rooms and does not have a gym to guide physical education. The demographic analysis of this site shows a steady increase in the population in the area. Investment scope: it includes the development of a school with an educational and training segment with the equipment of the educational classrooms. On the ground floor of the sports and teaching segment, in addition to the gym with the necessary social facilities, there are rooms in the classrooms, after-school room, teacher room, cloakroom. There are teaching rooms and toilets on the floor. The building will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Expansion of school in NIestów is expected to lead to recovery, improved functionality, aesthetics, convenience of use, increased quality of teaching, innovation of pedagogical methods by enriching the educational, educational and institutional offer. The aim will also be to meet expectations on the part of the local community and to compensate for the educational opportunities of children and young people in rural areas. Celem projektu jest poprawa warunków edukacyjnych poprzez rozbudowę infrastruktury sportowo-dydaktycznej (sale przedmiotowe i salę gimnastyczną) oraz doposażenie Szkoły Podstawowej w Niestachowie w Gminie Daleszyce. Cel projektu wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy Działania 7.4 „Rozwój infrastruktury edukacyjnej i szkoleniowej” w ramach RPOWŚ 2014-2020. tj. "Poprawiona dostępność infrastruktury szkolnictwa zawodowego oraz szkół". Obecnie szkoła w Niestachowie posiada zbyt mało sal dydaktycznych, oraz nie posiada sali gimnastycznej do prowadzeni zajęć wychowania fizycznego. Analiza demograficzna tego terenu wskazuje na ciągły wzrost liczby ludności na tym terenie. Zakres inwestycji: obejmuje rozbudowę szkoły o segment sportowo-dydaktyczny wraz z wyposażeniem sal dydaktycznych matem-przyrod. Na parterze segmentu sportowo-dydaktycznego oprócz sali gimnastycznej z niezbędnym zapleczem socjalnym zlokalizowane są pomieszczenia sal dydaktycznych, sala świetlicowa, pokój nauczycielski, szatnia. Na piętrze zlokalizowane są sale dydaktyczne i toalety. Budynek będzie dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Rozbudowa szkoły w NIestachowie ma doprowadzić do ożywienia, poprawy funkcjonalności, estetyki, wygody użytkowania, podniesienia jakości nauczania, innowacyjności metod pedagogicznych poprzez wzbogacenie oferty edukacyjnej, wychowawczej i opiekuńczej szkoły. Osiągniętym celem będzie tez zaspokojenie oczekiwań ze strony społeczności lokalnej i wyrównanie szans edukacyjnych dzieci i młodzieży z obszarów wiejskich. Wskaźniki: L. wspartych obiektów infrastruktury edukacji ogólnej -1. L. obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych –1, Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej - 81 osoby, L. projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1.
