The project concerns the implementation of the investment linked to the implementation of the R & D results for the Applicant, led by and under the supervision of the qualified science in the area of smart specialisation “Wood and furniture”. The aim of the project is to bring new innovative products to the market, which will be the ‘Lux’. The wood will be harvested in an innovative production process, and it will not be affected by the bark through its energy value (the bark of the tree reduces its calorific value), and it will have the dimensions and structure matching the customer’s expectations. The process will eliminate, inter alia, the use of oils that are likely to pose a risk to the environment. The project shall have the following phases: Stage I — construction of a production hall with a usable surface area of 427.49 m² including stage II, installation of production machinery and equipment — production line and telescopic loader. The project involves the construction of a production hall serving to increase the production area and the handling square, which is a necessary buffer for the smooth and efficient operation of a stack for the production of chimney wood, as well as the acquisition of specialised equipment, including the production line. These steps are necessary in order to achieve the intended results of the project to place a new innovative product on the market, based on the use of innovative procedural solutions. In line with the objectives of the ROP I ROP, the implementation of the project will contribute to the growth of innovation and competitiveness of the region’s economy, including through cooperation with other SMEs in the sawmill sector in the province. As a result, there will be a better functioning of the firms in the region, the improvement of the level of modernity and the extension of the product range. (English) | |||

Projekt dotyczy realizacji inwestycji związanej z wdrożeniem wyników prac B+R zainicjowanych na potrzeby Wnioskodawcy, prowadzonych przez i pod nadzorem wykwalifikowanej kadry naukowej w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji "Drewno i meblarstwo". Projekt ma służyć wprowadzeniu na rynek nowych, innowacyjnych produktów, którym będzie drewno kominkowe „Lux”. Drewno będzie pozyskiwane w innowacyjnym procesie produkcji, nie będzie posiadało kory przez co jego wartość energetyczna wzrośnie (kora drzewa obniża jego kaloryczność), ponadto będzie posiadało wymiary i strukturę dopasowaną do oczekiwań klienta. Sam proces wyeliminuje m.in. użycie olejów, które mogą potencjalnie stanowić zagrożenie dla środowiska. Projekt składa się z następujących etapów: Etap I – budowa hali produkcyjnej, o powierzchni użytkowej 427,49 m2, wraz z placem manipulacyjnym Etap II - instalacja maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych – linii produkcyjnej oraz ładowarki teleskopowej. Realizacja projektu wymaga budowy hali produkcyjnej, służącej do zwiększenia powierzchni produkcyjnej oraz placu manipulacyjnego, będącego buforem niezbędnym do płynnej i efektywnej pracy linii do produkcji drewna kominkowego, a także nabycia specjalistycznego sprzętu:,w tym linii produkcyjnej. Wymienione etapy działań są niezbędne dla osiągnięcia zakładanych rezultatów projektu jakim jest wprowadzenia na rynek nowego innowacyjnego produktu w oparciu o zastosowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań procesowych. Zgodnie z założeniami przyjętymi dla Osi I RPO WiM realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzrostu innowacyjności i konkurencyjności gospodarki regionu - m.in. poprzez prowadzoną współpracę z innym MŚP z branży tartacznej z terenu województwa. W efekcie nastąpi poprawa funkcjonowania firm z regionu, podniesienie poziomu nowoczesności, a także rozszerzenie oferty produktowej. (Polish)
