<p>Η πράξη «Προώθηση των υπηρεσιών Διαπολιτισμικής Μεσολάβησης σε Κέντρα Κοινότητας της Περιφέρειας Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης» με αντικείμενο την πρόσληψη, κατάρτιση, παρακολούθηση και καταβολή της μισθοδοσίας για το έργο που θα παρέχει 1 διαμεσολαβητής στο ΚΚ του ΝΠΔΔ «ΕΥνεστία» του Δήμου Νέστου, έχει ως σκοπό τη διευκόλυνση της επικοινωνίας των μεταναστών/ προσφύγων/ αιτούντων άσυλο με το προσωπικό των δημοσίων υπηρεσιών/δομών και της τοπικής κοινωνίας, καθώς και την παροχή κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών προς το μεταναστευτικό πληθυσμό, συμβάλλοντας έτσι στην προαγωγή της πρόσβασης μειονεκτούντων ατόμων σε υπηρεσίες υγείας /πρόνοιας /κοινωνικής φροντίδας και γενικότερα στην προώθηση της κοινωνικής ένταξης<br/></p> (Greek)
