The ever-increasing number and complexity of training and projects carried out by the LDZ strengthens the problems of coordination of tasks and checks on the correctness of processes between the branches of the company. Therefore, organisational changes are needed to enable the tasks to be carried out properly. In this context, the company’s primary need is to provide an integrated tool to better service customers and organise the work of the entire staff of the CPD, ensuring the proper circulation of documentation in the organisation, as well as supporting middle and senior managers, in particular in terms of business analytics and decision-making, while ensuring the control of the regularity of processes at central level. It can be established that the abovementioned needs have become key to the organisation for over a dozen months. These needs could not yet have been satisfied due to financial constraints. In view of the above, the WMZ plans to implement this investment: The preparation of an integrated IT system collecting data on counterparties, services and projects, sales and operating costs and enabling them to be serviced, and supporting the circulation of documents and analytical and planning tools for the management of the organisation. — Purchase of a server for the purposes of the system and the computer for employees (35 desktops and 6 notebooks for managers), which will be the environment for the above-mentioned software. — Systems supporting computer infrastructure management and security systems (computer hardware, software updating and remote management, backup systems, etc.) — Train front office training cycle and middle management personnel.     Stale rosnąca liczba oraz poziom skomplikowania szkoleń i projektów realizowanych przez W-M ZDZ potęguje problemy koordynacji zadań oraz kontroli prawidłowości procesów pomiędzy oddziałami firmy. W związku z tym niezbędne są zmiany organizacyjne umożliwiające prawidłową realizację podejmowanych zadań. W tej sytuacji podstawową potrzebą firmy jest dostarczenie zintegrowanego narzędzia umożliwiającego lepszą obsługę klientów oraz organizację pracy całej kadry WMZDZ, zapewniającego prawidłowy obieg dokumentacji w organizacji, a także wspomagającego menedżerów średniego i wyższego szczebla, w szczególności w zakresie analityki biznesowej i podejmowania decyzji, jednocześnie zapewniając kontrolę prawidłowości procesów na szczeblu centralnym. Można określić, iż wskazane wyżej potrzeby od kilkunastu miesięcy stały się kluczowe dla organizacji. Potrzeby te nie mogły być dotychczas zaspokojone ze względu na ograniczenia finansowe. W związku z powyższym WMZDZ planuje zrealizować niniejsze zamierzenie inwestycyjne: - Zlecenie przygotowania zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego gromadzącego dane dotyczące kontrahentów, realizowanych usług i projektów, przekazywanych dokumentów, sprzedaży oraz kosztów działalności i umożliwiającego obsługę tychże kontrahentów, oraz wspomagającego obieg dokumentów oraz zapewniającego narzędzia analityczno-planistyczne na potrzeby zarządzania organizacją. -Zakup serwera na potrzeby systemu oraz komputerów dla pracowników (35 stacjonarnych dla pracowników szeregowych oraz 6 laptopów dla menedżerów) , które stanowić będą środowisko dla wyżej wymienionego oprogramowania. -Instalację systemów wspomagających zarządzanie infrastrukturą komputerową i zapewniających jej bezpieczeństwo (firewall’e, systemy aktualizacji i zdalnego zarządzania komputerami, system kopii zapasowych itp.) - Cykl szkoleń pracowników frontowych oraz kadry zarządzającej średniego szczebla, z zakresu obsługi systemu.
