Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie systemu B2E umożliwiającego wsparcie procesów zarządzania projektami o charakterze budowlanym. Jest to związane z modyfikacją tych procesów przez zastosowanie znacząco ulepszonych metod świadczenia usług w przestrzeni organizacji. Wdrażanie innowacji procesowej będzie wpływało na reengineering procesów biznesowych w przestrzeni organizacji produkcji oraz dostaw, a przez to będzie stanowiło znaczące ulepszenie samych metod zarządzania projektami budowlanymi, prowadzące do dostarczenia usługi szybciej, taniej i lepiej – czyli o większej wartości dla klienta.
