Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie modelu gospodarki elektronicznej w postaci rozwiązania TIK klasy CRM i ECM, które będzie stanowiło innowację organizacyjną w skali przedsiębiorstwa, wspomagającą prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy. Realizacja przedsięwzięcia jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę kompleksowej automatyzacji oraz optymalizacji prowadzonej działalności m.in. w zakresie zarządzania kontrahentami i sprzedażą oraz przesyłania dokumentów. Planowane do wdrożenia rozwiązanie TIK stanowi narzędzie wspomagające firmę w organizacji, zarządzaniu i śledzeniu procesów, dokumentów i informacji. Wdrożenie systemu wiąże się z zakupem niezbędnych środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych w ramach projektu: - serwer (2 szt.), - serwerowy system operacyjny (2 szt.), - system baz danych (2 szt.), - licencja na oprogramowanie ECM (1 kpl.), - licencja na oprogramowanie CRM (1 kpl.).
