Το σχέδιο επένδυσης αφορά στον εκσυγχρονισμό και στην επέκταση υφιστάμενου ιχθυογεννητικού σταθμού, λόγω αύξησης δυναμικότητας από 8.000.000 σε 45.000.000 ιχθύδια θαλάσσιων μεσογειακών ιχθυδίων, εκ των οποίων 35.000.000 ιχθύδια θα είναι τελικού μέσου βάρους 0,3 γρ και 10.000.000 ιχθύδια θα είναι τελικού μέσου βάρους 2γρ., που λειτουργεί στην θέση «Κανατάδικα», Δήμου Ιστιαίας Αιδηψού, Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Εύβοιας,Το παρόν σχέδιο επένδυσης περιλαμβάνει: Α) δαπάνες στις οποίες έχει προβεί ο φορέας και οι οποίες έχουν εξοφληθεί (τιμολόγια), από την 16-11-2015 έως και σήμερα, για τον εκσυγχρονισμό και την επέκταση του ιχθυογεννητικού σταθμού, και το ύψος των οποίων ανέρχεται στα 501.295,65 , Β) Δαπάνες στις οποίες θα προβεί ο φορέας από το έτος 2018, μετά την υποβολή του φακέλου προς εξέταση (προσφορές) για τον εκσυγχρονισμό και την επέκταση του ιχθυογεννητικού σταθμού, και το ύψος των οποίων ανέρχεται στα 570.289,00 .Το κόστος του σχεδίου επένδυσης, με τα χαρακτηριστικά που αναφέρθηκαν συνοπτικά παραπάνω (μερικό σύνολο επένδυσης), ανέρχεται στα 1.071.584,65 , εκ των οποίων 501.295,65 αναφέρονται σε δαπάνες που έχουν υλοποιηθεί από την 16-11-2015 και εξοφληθεί (τιμολόγια) και 570.289,00 αναφέρονται σε δαπάνες που πρόκειται να υλοποιηθούν εν συνεχεία, από το φορέα (προσφορές). Τα τεχνικά και απρόβλεπτα έξοδα ανέρχονται σε ύψος 107.158,465 , εκ των οποίων 9.700 έχουν συμπεριληφθεί σε προσφορά.Το γενικό σύνολο της επένδυσης ανέρχεται σε 1.178.743,11 .Οι πηγές χρηματοδότησης αναφέρονται στην ενότητα Δ του Διαχωριστικού 8 του τόμου Α της Τεχνικοοικονομικής μελέτης.
