The aim of the project is to increase the innovativeness and competitiveness of the company by automating the intra-company processes and by offering a new (product) service on the market in the form of a unique application for CAD software distributors. The idea is to create an innovative ICT-based system that will automate the exchange of commercial information and the automation of business processes between the Applicant and the requested entities. Thanks to the implementation of the IT system, all processes between companies will be as simple and automated as possible. The project responds to the market’s need to offer quality services for which the risk of human error is minimised. The direct effect of the IT system being implemented will result in a maximum reduction in the duration of the contract for the recipient. (English) | |||

Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu ma na celu wzrost innowacyjności i konkurencyjności firmy poprzez zautomatyzowanie procesów zachodzących wewnątrz przedsiębiorstwa oraz poprzez zaoferowanie na rynku nowej usługi (produktu) w postaci unikalnej aplikacji dla dystrybutorów oprogramowania CAD. Ideą projektu jest stworzenie innowacyjnego systemu opartego na TIK, który będzie miał na celu automatyzację wymiany informacji handlowych i automatyzację procesów biznesowych realizowanych pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą, a podmiotami współpracującymi. Dzięki wdrożeniu systemu informatycznego wszystkie zachodzące między firmami procesy będą maksymalnie uproszczone i zautomatyzowane. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na płynące z rynku potrzeby oferowania usług wysokiej jakości, przy świadczeniu których, do minimum sprowadzone zostało ryzyko zaistnienia błędu ludzkiego. Bezpośrednim efektem wdrażanego systemu informatycznego, będzie osiągnięcie maksymalnego skrócenia czasu realizacji zamówienia dla odbiorcy. (Polish)
