This investment project was drawn up after a careful analysis of the needs of the company, both at present and for at least the next five years. The main objectives to be achieved through its implementation fall within the following axes:1. Modernisation of equipment used for the company’s services2. For the above purpose, it will invest in the following: Supply of hotel and catering equipment Supply of inflatable craft and outboard engine to be used for the execution of marine sports Supply of leisure equipment with purchase of bicycles Supply and installation of wireless network Supply and installation of solar water heaters to be used for the execution of marine sports Supply and use of water. All the investment will be made in order to protect the environment, and for this reason, the needs of the company for the production of hot water use (ZHN) and drinking water will be covered by the installation of two solar water heaters and a drinking water production complex with reverse osmosis.With the implementation of its investment plan, the company aims to modernise and upgrade its services with the main objective of maintaining its customer base as well as the development of its customers. Moreover, the company aims to create a pleasant working environment, both to the staff and to the customers who visit it.The modernisation of the company through the proposed investment project is based on three very basic criteria: Meeting demand, providing new services and security. Το παρόν επενδυτικό σχέδιο, καταρτίστηκε κατόπιν προσεκτικής ανάλυσης των αναγκών της επιχειρήσεως, τόσο στο παρόν όσο και για τα επόμενα πέντε τουλάχιστον έτη. Οι κύριοι στόχοι που επιδιώκεται να επιτευχθούν μέσω της υλοποίησής του, εντάσσονται στους ακόλουθους άξονες:1. Εκσυγχρονισμός του εξοπλισμού που χρησιμοποιείται για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες της επιχείρησης2. Εκσυγχρονισμός του τρόπου άσκησης των λειτουργιών της 3. Ενίσχυση του εμπορικού προφίλ της επιχειρήσεως,4. Εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας και ύδατος μέσω διάφορων δαπανών, και5. Δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας (2 ΕΜΕ).Ως αποτέλεσμα της υλοποίησης του επενδυτικού σχεδίου, αναμένεται περαιτέρω ενίσχυση των ανταγωνιστικών και συγκριτικών πλεονεκτημάτων της επιχειρήσεως. Έτσι, διασφαλίζεται, κατά το δυνατόν, η μέσο-μακροχρόνια βιωσιμότητά της.Για τον παραπάνω σκοπό θα επενδύσει στα παρακάτω: Προμήθεια ξενοδοχειακού εξοπλισμού και εξοπλισμού εστίασης Προμήθεια φουσκωτού σκάφους και εξωλέμβιας μηχανής που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για την εκτέλεση των θαλάσσιων αθλημάτων Προμήθεια εξοπλισμού αναψυχής με την αγορά ποδηλάτων Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση ασύρματου δικτύου Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση ηλιακών θερμοσιφώνων για την εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας στην επιχείρηση Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση συγκροτήματος παραγωγής πόσιμου νερού με αντίστροφη όσμωση για την εξοικονόμηση ύδατος στις εγκαταστάσεις της επιχείρησης. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση τεχνικού εξοπλισμού για compact μονάδα βιολογικού καθαρισμού που θα εξυπηρετεί 130 κλίνες του καταλύματος Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση αυτόνομων Φ/Β Σταθμών ισχύος 15 kW και 5 kW έκαστο στις εγκαταστάσεις του καταλύματος. Πρόσληψη νέου προσωπικού με δημιουργία 2 ΕΜΕ στην επιχείρηση.Είναι σημαντικό να αναφέρουμε ότι το προτεινόμενο επενδυτικό σχέδιο σχετίζεται άμεσα με τους στόχους που ορίζονται στον Οδηγό του προγράμματος. Όλη η επένδυση θα γίνει με γνώμονα την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος, και για το λόγο αυτό, οι ανάγκες τις επιχείρησης για την παραγωγή Ζεστού Νερού Χρήσης (ΖΝΧ) και πόσιμου ύδατος θα καλυφθούν με την εγκατάσταση δύο ηλιακών θερμοσιφώνων και ενός συγκροτήματος παραγωγής πόσιμου νερού με αντίστροφη όσμωση.Με την υλοποίηση του επενδυτικού της σχεδίου η επιχείρηση αποσκοπεί στον εκσυγχρονισμό και στην αναβάθμιση των προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών της με βασικό στόχο την διατήρηση του πελατολογίου της καθώς και την ανάπτυξη του. Επίσης, η εταιρεία αποσκοπεί στην δημιουργία ενός ευχάριστου περιβάλλοντος εργασίας, τόσο προς το προσωπικό, όσο και προς του πελάτες που την επισκέπτονται.Ο εκσυγχρονισμός της επιχείρησης μέσω του προτεινόμενου επενδυτικού σχεδίου γίνεται με βάση τρία πολύ βασικά κριτήρια: Την κάλυψη της ζήτησης, την παροχή νέων υπηρεσιών και την ασφάλεια. Ο επιχειρηματίας, έχοντας σημαντική εμπειρία στον κλάδο και δραστηριοποιούμενος τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια στην περιοχή, διαθέτει πλέον την ικανότητα ναπροβλέπει τις ανάγκες των πελατών σύμφωνα με τις νέες εξελίξεις στον τομέα, αλλά διαθέτει επίσης και τη διορατικότητα να προβλέψει μελλοντικές ανάγκες, σύμφωνα με τις συνθήκες που επικρατούν στην περιοχή.Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες, θα αποσκοπούν κατά κύριο λόγο στην εξυπηρέτηση συγκεκριμένου τουριστικού κοινού το οποίο επιλέγει την περιοχή-παραλία για εκμάθηση και άσκηση windsurfing και kitesurfing. Η συγκεκριμένη περιοχή (Κέρος) είναι ιδανική για windsurfing και kitesurfing λόγω των ειδικών συνθηκών που επικρατούν (συχνότητα ανέμων, διεύθυνση ανέμων, αμμώδης παραλία, γωνία αέρα-παραλίας, γωνία αέρα-κυμάτων κλπ) και τα τελευταία χρόνια έχει καταστεί προορισμός πανευρωπαϊκής εμβέλειας για τον συγκεκριμένο κλαδικό τουρισμό, με αποτέλεσμα η ζήτηση να είναι πολύ μεγάλη και πολλές φορές να μην καλύπτεται από την υφιστάμενη προσφορά.Ο αθλητικός τουρισμός είναι μια ειδική μορφή ποιοτικού τουρισμού η οποία δίνει την ευκαιρία να επενδύσει κανείς σε μια τεράστια δυναμική αγορά αλλά και ταυτόχρονα να επιτύχει προστιθέμενη αξία στο τουριστικό προϊόν μέσω της ανάπτυξης, της διαφοροποίησης και της αναβάθμιση (Greek)
