Ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση συνόλου δράσεων παροχής νέων πρωτοποριακών ψηφιακών εφαρμογών/υπηρεσιών προς τον πολίτη που θα διαλειτουργούν με τις υφιστάμενες υποδομές (λογισμικού και εξοπλισμού). Με το έργο αυτό, ο Δήμος ενισχύει σημαντικά τη συμμετοχικότητα και τη διαφάνεια, εκσυγχρονίζει την εσωτερική λειτουργική του οργάνωση και διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών του, έτσι ώστε να μπορεί να υποστηρίξει άμεσα, ποιοτικά και αποδοτικά τα αιτήματα των πολιτών και να προσφέρει εύκολη ηλεκτρονική διεκπεραίωση των συναλλαγών των Δημοτών με τις Δημοτικές υπηρεσίες.
