In this project, 4 organisations, 3 from the academia (YMB – IUTH, EXTFXT-NMP, and the Veterinary Cooperative of the Amyntaio region of goats and goat breeding (CSA-Amntaio) will be co-operated. The Project Coordinator (SE) is appointed Mr. H. Mandenides by the organisation CSA-Amynteion and Scientific Manager (I.Kourkoutas, Associate Professor by the organisation EEMB-DUTH. Overall, the organisational structure of the project is based on:(1)Two (2) levels of management: (i) Management of the overall project that is the responsibility of the EIA, which is responsible for the technical and financial management of the project with the help and cooperation of the RU, and (ii)the management of the Work Units (EU), which is the responsibility of those responsible for the individual EU.(2)Two (2) decision-making bodies: (i) the Steering Council (CC), which will consist of the RU and the EIA and one responsible per body and decide on the implementation of the strategy and objectives of the project, which will meet 2 times a year, and (ii) the Working Units Committee (LFS), which shall consist of the RU and EIA and the EU’s responsible persons (EUSRs) and shall be responsible for decisions relating to the details of the work, the methodology, and the methodology. The weekend will be responsible for: (1) decision-making on changes in project strategy and objectives, (2) the resolution of intellectual property rights, (3) the management of day-to-day issues, such as monitoring the progress of the work according to the initial planning, assessment of any deviations from the timetable or budget of expenditure, planning of short-term activities, etc., and revision or amendment of the work plan, (4) ensuring implementation of the technical bulletin, (5) supervision of the preparation of technical and financial issues of the project, (6) the decision-making on the project’s legal frameworks. The Offices will respect and review on a quarterly basis possible risks and the likelihood of their occurrence. Based on the reports of the Publications Offices, the RU and EIA will assess the overall risks of the programme, taking into account the interaction between the different EUs, proposing and management methods for approval by the GC.     Στο παρόν έργο θα συνεργασθούν 4 φορείς, 3 από τον ακαδημαϊκό χώρο (ΕΕΜΒ-ΔΠΘ, ΕΧΒΦΧΤ-ΧΠ, ΕΧΤΤ-ΕΜΠ και ο Kτηνοτροφικός Συνεταιρισμός Αιγοπροβατοτροφίας Περιοχής Αμυνταίου (ΚΣΑ-Αμυνταίου). Συντονιστής του έργου (ΣΕ) ορίζεται ο κ. Χ. Μαντενίδης από τον φορέα ΚΣΑ-Αμυνταίου και Επιστημονικός Υπεύθυνος (ΕΥ) ορίζεται ο Ι. Koυρκουτάς, Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής από τον φορέα ΕΕΜΒ-ΔΠΘ. Συνολικά, η οργανωτική δομή του έργου βασίζεται σε:(1)Δύο (2) επίπεδα διαχείρισης: (i) Διαχείριση του συνολικού έργου που αποτελεί ευθύνη του ΕΥ, ο οποίος είναι υπεύθυνος της τεχνικής και οικονομικής διαχείρισης του έργου με τη βοήθεια και συνεργασία του ΣΕ, και (ii)διαχείριση των Ενοτήτων Εργασίας (ΕΕ), που αποτελεί ευθύνη των υπεύθυνων των επιμέρους ΕΕ.(2)Δύο (2) σώματα λήψης αποφάσεων: (i) το Συμβούλιο Καθοδήγησης (ΣΚ), το οποίο θα αποτελείται από τον ΣΕ και τον ΕΥ και ένα Υπεύθυνο ανά φορέα και θα αποφασίζει για την υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής και τωνστόχων του έργου, το οποίο θα συνεδριάζει 2 φορές το χρόνο, και (ii) την Επιτροπή Ενοτήτων Εργασίας(ΕΕΕ), η οποία θα αποτελείται από τον ΣΕ και ΕΥ και τους Υπεύθυνους της κάθε ΕΕ (ΥΕΕ) και θα είναι υπεύθυνη για αποφάσεις σχετικές με λεπτομέρειες των εργασιών, την μεθοδολογία, και τις διαδικασίες που απαιτούνται για να υλοποιηθούν το αντικείμενο και οι στόχοι κάθε ΕΕ. Θα συνεδριάζουν τουλάχιστον 3 φορές το χρόνο και θα παραδίδουν τριμηνιαίες εκθέσεις στο ΣΕ και ΕΥ για την πρόοδο του έργου.Ο ΣΕ θα έχει την ευθύνη: (1) του συνολικού συντονισμού του έργου και αποφάσεων σχετικά με συμμετοχή του προσωπικού, (2) των προτάσεων στο φορέα χρηματοδότησης για αλλαγές, όταναπαιτούνται,(3) της παρακολούθησης της πορείας του έργου και αναφοράς τυχόν παρεκκλίσεων στο ΣΚ, (4)της διαχείρισης θεμάτων γνώσης που θα προκύπτουν από το έργο (διπλώματα ευρεσιτεχνίας, άδειες χρήσης, δημοσιεύσεις), και (5) της λήψης αποφάσεων σε σχέση με τη διάχυση της γνώσης σε συναντήσεις, ημερίδες, συνέδρια, κλπ. Οι παραπάνω ενέργειες θα υλοποιούνται σε συνεργασία με το ΣΚ.Οι Υπεύθυνοι των Ενοτήτων Εργασίας (ΥΕΕ) θα έχουν την ευθύνη: (1) του συντονισμού της επιστημονικής υποστήριξης και καθοδήγησης της κάθε ΕΕ μέσω των Παραδοτέων (Π), (2) της σύνταξης των πρακτικών των συναντήσεων των ΕΕΕ και εκθέσεων προόδου, (3) του λεπτομερούς χρονοδιαγράμματος των τεχνικών εργασιών και των επιθυμητών αποτελεσμάτων, και (4) της προετοιμασίας και του ελέγχου των επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων και της συμμετοχής σε ημερίδες και σε συνέδρια.Τρόπος Λήψης Αποφάσεων του Συμβουλίου Καθοδήγησης (ΣΚ): Το ΣΚ θα είναι αρμόδιο για: (1) τη λήψηαποφάσεων σχετικά με τις αλλαγές στην στρατηγική του έργου και τους στόχους, (2) την επίλυση δικαιωμάτων πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας, (3) την διοίκηση των καθημερινών θεμάτων, όπως παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης των εργασιών σύμφωνα με τον αρχικό σχεδιασμό, αξιολόγηση τυχόν αποκλίσεων από το χρονοδιάγραμμα ή από τον προϋπολογισμό των δαπανών, τον σχεδιασμό των βραχυπρόθεσμων δραστηριοτήτων, κλπ, και την αναθεώρηση ή τροποποίηση του σχεδίου εργασιών, (4) την διασφάλιση εφαρμογής του τεχνικού δελτίου, (5) την εποπτεία της προετοιμασίας των τεχνικών και οικονομικών εκθέσεων του έργου, (6) την λήψη αποφάσεων σχετικά με τις στρατηγικές του έργου στα πλαίσια της σύμβασης, και (7) την επίλυση τυχών νομικών θεμάτων (πχ. συμβάσεων, δικαιώματα κτλ).Ανάλυση Επικινδυνότητας: Οι ΥΕΕ θα τηρούν και θα αναθεωρούν σε τριμηνιαία βάση πιθανούς κινδύνους και την πιθανότητα εμφάνισής τους. Με βάση τις αναφορές των ΥΕΕ, ο ΣΕ και ΕΥ θα εκτιμά τους συνολικούς κινδύνους του προγράμματος, συνυπολογίζοντας και την αλληλεπίδραση μεταξύ των διαφόρων ΕΕ, προτείνοντας και τρόπους διαχείρισης προς έγκριση από το ΣΚ.Συναντήσεις για την πρόοδο του έργου: Οι συναντήσεις τόσο για τον απολογισμό της προόδου του έργου όσο και για τυχόν αναθεώρησή του ή για λήψη αποφάσεων ορίζονται ανά 6 μήνες, αρχής γενομένης με την επίσημη έναρξη του έργου.
