The Act concerns the creation of a structure – Community Centre – the Municipality of Tempes, which serves all residents of the municipality, with priority to vulnerable groups, with the aim of disseminating information about services and social benefits to all citizens. In addition to disseminating information, the GOC also provide social inclusion services. They are structures that function complementary, and do not replace or replace the Social Services of Municipalities, but broaden the range of social services provided to the citizens-benefits. The Community Centres receive and register the beneficiaries, with the aim of diagnosing their needs and promoting them in Services, Structures and Programs that exist at the current time and have as their object the social support empowerment and integration (OEAED, NSRF, KPD, Home Help, Mental Health Centres, etc.). At the same time, the Community Centre receives applications for TEVA, CEESR, humanitarian aid and more generally for programmes aimed at tackling the humanitarian crisis. The new structure will develop networking actions with stakeholders involved in the provision of employment and social care services to achieve its objectives and will carry out publicity actions to communicate its work and inform potential beneficiaries. Η πράξη αφορά στην Δημιουργία Δομής- Κέντρο Κοινότητας- στο Δήμο Τεμπών το οποίο εξυπηρετεί όλους τους κατοίκους του δήμου, με προτεραιότητα στις ευπαθείς ομάδες- με στόχο τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας αναφορικά με υπηρεσίες και παροχές κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς όλους τους πολίτες. Επίσης, πέρα από τη διάχυση της πληροφορίας, τα ΚΚ παρέχουν και υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής ένταξης. Είναι δομές που λειτουργούν συμπληρωματικά, και δεν αντικαθιστούν ή υποκαθιστούν, τις Κοινωνικές Υπηρεσίες των Δήμων, αλλά διευρύνουν το φάσμα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών κοινωνικού χαρακτήρα προς τους δημότες-ωφελούμενους. Στα Κέντρα Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή και καταγραφή των ωφελουμένων, με στόχο τη διάγνωση των αναγκών τους και την προώθηση τους σε Υπηρεσίες, Δομές και Προγράμματα που υφίστανται την τρέχουσα χρονική στιγμή και έχουν ως αντικείμενο την κοινωνική υποστήριξη ενδυνάμωση και ένταξή τους (ΟΑΕΕΔ, ΕΣΥ, ΚΔΑΠ, Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι, Κέντρα Ψυχικής Υγείας κλπ). Συγχρόνως στο Κέντρο Κοινότητας γίνεται υποδοχή των αιτήσεων για το ΤΕΒΑ, το ΚΕΑΕΕΕ, την ανθρωπιστική βοήθεια και γενικότερα για προγράμματα με στόχο την αντιμετώπιση της ανθρωπιστικής κρίσης. Η νέα δομή θα αναπτύξει δράσεις δικτύωσης με φορείς που εμπλέκονται στην παροχή υπηρεσιών απασχόλησης και κοινωνικής φροντίδας για την επίτευξη των σκοπών της και θα πραγματοποιήσει δράσεις δημοσιότητας για τη γνωστοποίηση του έργου της και την ενημέρωση των δυνητικών ωφελουμένων.
