The main aim of the project is to mobilise 64 long-term unemployed people aged 30 and over, who are unemployed in Świętokrzyskie Province by taking part in a comprehensive pathway to help them improve their labour market situation and increase employment opportunities. The target group will be 64 people (6 women and 58 men) who are unemployed, looking for work (unemployed), including those registered in the Poviat Labour Office, aged 30 and over (30th birthday), only the long-term unemployed. The project is addressed to the target group in the Świętokrzyskie region (which, in the case of natural persons, learn, work or reside in the Świętokrzyskie region within the meaning of the Civil Code; for other entities, they have an organisational unit in the Świętokrzyskie region). The main tasks to be carried out in the project are: — The identification of the needs of persons without employment and of the identification of training needs and opportunities in the region through the use of IPD — Implementation of 6 professional training courses leading to professional qualifications — Implementation of 3 monthly vocational traineeships followed by a professional qualification — Implementation of individual employment services for the selection of a profession compatible with the acquired qualifications, the main outputs of the project will be: Acquisition of professional qualifications for a minimum of 58 project participants — Achieving the employment efficiency of a minimum of 45 % of project participants, i.e. 29 persons PLN 1.018.645,33 value of own contribution: PLN 51.120,00: deadline for implementation projektu:02.09.2019-31.12.2020 (English) | |||

Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 64 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, pozostających bez zatrudnienia, zamieszkujących w woj. świętokrzyskim poprzez udział w kompleksowej ścieżce aktywizacji zawodowej gwarantującej poprawę ich sytuacji na rynku pracy oraz zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia. Grupę docelową stanowić będą 64 osoby (6 kobiet i 58 mężczyzn) bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy (pozostające bez zatrudnienia), w tym zarejestrowane w Powiatowym/Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy, w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30. urodzin), wyłącznie długotrwale bezrobotne. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy docelowej z obszaru woj. świętokrzyskiego (które w przypadku osób fizycznych - uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze woj. świętokrzyskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego; w przypadku innych podmiotów - posiadają jednostkę organizacyjną na obszarze województwa świętokrzyskiego). Główne zadania przewidziane do realizacji w projekcie, to: - Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz zdiagnozowanie potrzeb szkoleniowych i możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego w regionie poprzez zastosowanie IPD - Realizacja 6 szkoleń zawodowych kończących się egzaminami nadającymi kwalifikacje zawodowe - Realizacja 3 miesięcznych staży zawodowych zgodnych z kierunkiem uzyskanych kwalifikacji zawodowych - Realizacja indywidualnego pośrednictwa pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z nabytymi kwalifikacjami Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie: - Uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez minimum 58 uczestników projektu - Osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie minimum 45% uczestników projektu, tj. 29 osób Wartość dofinansowania projektu: 1.018.645,33 zł Wartość wkładu własnego: 51.120,00 zł Termin realizacji projektu:02.09.2019-31.12.2020 (Polish)
