Το Παράρτημα Αγρινίου της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Προστασίας και Αποκαταστάσεως Αναπήρων Παίδων (ΕΛΕΠΑΠ) σκοπεύει να χτίσει καινούργιο κτίριο για την μεταστέγαση καιδιεύρυνση των υπηρεσιών της ως Κέντρο Αποθεραπείας και Αποκατάστασης και για την δημιουργία Κέντρου Διημέρευσης Ημερήσιας Φροντίδας για ’τομα με Αναπηρία (ΑμεΑ).Η ΕΛΕΠΑΠ στην σημερινή της δομή παρέχει θεραπευτικά προγράμματα αποκλειστικά για εξωτερικούς ασθενείς σε πρωινό ωράριο καικαλύπτει σε εβδομαδιαία βάση από 125 έως 140 παιδιά με συνολικά 15 άτομα προσωπικό. Απασχολεί 4 φυσικοθεραπευτές, 2 εργοθεραπευτές, 3 λογοθεραπευτές, 1 κοινωνικήλειτουργό, 1 παιδοψυχολόγο, 2 διοικητικούς υπαλλήλους και 2 καθαρίστριες.Το έργο προϋπολογίστηκε με 5.480.000,00 Ευρω με ΦΠΑ, στον οποίο περιλαμβάνονται τα κόστη εξοπλισμού και συνδέσεων με Οργανισμούς Κοινής Ωφέλειας (Ο.Κ.Ω.)
