The purpose of the MKLGUM project (implementation: 01-01-19 ÷ 31-12-23) is to increase the market orientation of the activities of (b +) through the use of science in metrology to increase the competitiveness of Polish firms in the European and global markets and the establishment of the Polish Metrology Centre in Kielce; the place where the scientific, research and those directly and indirectly related to the industry will meet. From the established laboratory base, they shall be subject to commercial conditions on the basis of the use of the company, amounting to at least 20.3 % of the total annual efficiency of the equipment purchased and the built area. The implementation of the project will consist of two tasks: non-economic (GUM) representing 79.7 % and economic (PŚK) of 20.3 %. The project is intended to create 8 laboratories that are part of the smart specialisation of the Świętokrzyskie region. The investment is in line with the objectives of the RPOWER (OP.1; .1.1; PI.1a) and RSI3 as the results of the research carried out on the existing infrastructure will be implemented in the economy. During the lifetime of the project, the share of R & D revenues from the use of the resulting infrastructure will be increased by 10 % compared to the level prior to the project. As a result of the intervention, output indicators will be achieved: 2 n-b institutions supported in R & D; 8 supported laboratories; PLN 49,8 million of expenditure on equipment; 30 researchers supported (12K + 18M); 30 cooperating companies; 1 project (facility) adapted to the disabled; Private investment complementing public support to innovation or R & D projects: PLN 22 779 918,88; Number of R & D projects implemented — 1. Celem projektu ŚKLGUM (realizacja: 01-01-19÷31-12-23) jest zwiększone urynkowienie działalności b+r poprzez wykorzystanie nauki z dziedziny metrologii do podniesienia konkurencyjności polskich firm na rynku europejskim i światowym oraz utworzenie w Kielcach centrum polskiej metrologii; miejsca, w którym spotykać się będą środowiska naukowe, badawcze oraz te bezpośrednio i pośrednio związane z przemysłem. Z powstałej bazy laboratoryjnej będą na warunkach komercyjnych korzystać firmy, w wysokości co najmniej 20,3% całkowitej rocznej wydajności zakupionej aparatury i wybudowanej powierzchni. Realizacja projektu obejmować będzie dwa zadania: niegospodarcze (GUM) stanowiącą 79,7% i gospodarcze (PŚk) 20,3%. W ramach projektu planowane jest utworzenie 8 laboratoriów wpisujących się w inteligentne specjalizacje regionu świętokrzyskiego. Inwestycja jest zgodna z celami RPOWŚ (OP.1; Dz.1.1; PI.1a), a także RSI3 ponieważ wyniki badań prowadzonych w powstałej infrastrukturze będą wdrażane do gospodarki. W okresie trwałości projektu zakłada się zwiększenie udziału przychodów z usług B+R świadczonych z wykorzystaniem powstałej infrastruktury o 10% w stosunku do poziomu sprzed realizacji projektu. W wyniku interwencji, osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki produktu: 2 instytucje n–b wsparte w zakresie B+R; 8 wspartych laboratoriów; 49,8 mln zł nakładów na aparaturę; wspartych 30 naukowców (12K+18M); 30przedsiębiorstw współpracujących; 1 projekt (obiekt) dostosowany do niepełnosprawnych; Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne w projekty w zakresie innowacji lub badań i rozwoju w wys. 22 779 918,88 zł.; Liczba realizowanych projektów B+R – 1 szt. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 30 firm korzystających ze wspartej infrastruktury; 16 projektów B+R; 30 (12K+18M) nowe m. pracy (um. o pracę); 15 (6K+9M) nowe m. pracy (um. pozostałe). (Polish)
