Celem gł. jest Zwiększenie o 211 liczby miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w 6 placówkach oświatowych (PO) w Rzeszowie oraz poprawę i doskonalenie kompetencji 71 nauczycieli wychowania przedszkolnego. Na realizację celu gł. składają się cele szczeg.: - zwiększenie liczby miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego na terenie Gminy M.Rzeszów - wzrost kompetencji i umiejętności nauczycieli wych. przedszk. - zmodernizowanie i unowocześnienie warunków edukacyjno-dydaktycznych w przedszkolach poprzez zakup wyposażnia/sprzętów i pomocy dydaktycznych służących lepszemu rozwojowi dzieci w wieku 3-6 l. Grupa docelowa: 6 Placówek Oświatowych: Przedszkole Pub. Nr 17 i 37, Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny Nr 8 i 11, Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących Nr 4 i Szkoła Podstawowej Nr 29, w których powstanie 211 nowych mwp w 9 oddziałach; 71 nauczycieli wych. przedszk. z tych placówek. w tym: 19 nowozatrudnionych i 52 stanowiących dotychczasową kadrę. Główne rezultaty projektu zgodne z opisem 3.1.1 wniosku. Gł. zadania: 1.Utworzenie 211 nowych mwp w 6 PO. 2. Przeprowadzenie kursów/szkoleń dla 71 os. w zakresie: pierwszej pomocy przedmedycznej, postępowania z dzieckiem w sytuacjach kryzysowych i współpraca z rodzicem trudnym i konfliktowym, wychowania przedszkolnego z uwzględnieniem aspektów ekologii. 3. Zakup wyposażenia/sprzętów i pomocy dydaktycznych do 6 PO, gdzie powstały 211 nowe mwp Realizacja projektu pozwoli zwiększyć liczbę dzieci objetych wych. przedszkolnym na terenie Rzeszowa, a działania mające na celu wzbogacenie bazy 6PO w nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne i materiały metodyczne, w celu poprawy warunków realizacji przyjętych w przedszkolach programów wych. przedszkolnego.
